For Full-Service Planning, I partner with specialist local experts in your destination to create a custom itinerary for your trip and ensure that you're fully supported from the start of planning until you return home.
You'll receive a comprehensive proposal with everything mapped out, including accommodations, experiences, and transportation, often at one bundled price. Throughout your trip, you'll have professional support from people who live where you're traveling, who know about local festivals, potential strikes, seasonal patterns, and the other details that make the difference between a good trip and an exceptional one.
Full-Service Planning is a good fit if you:
Prefer to receive a complete trip proposal rather than selecting components one by one
Don't enjoy the logistical side of travel planning and would rather leave the details to others

How It Works
1. Discovery Call We'll discuss your travel vision, interests, pace preferences, and budget to understand what will make this trip special for you.
2. Custom Proposal Development I'll collaborate with trusted local specialists in your destination to design a comprehensive itinerary. This typically takes 1-3 weeks depending on complexity.
3. Review & Refinement You'll receive a detailed day-by-day proposal showing accommodations, experiences, and transportation. We'll refine the itinerary together until it's exactly right.
4. Confirmation & Payment Once you've approved the itinerary, everything is confirmed and you can often submit just one deposit and final payment for all trip components. I'll handle flights separately; if you're booking premium cabin flights, I can often book those for you through my agency's flight desk, Fora Flights.
5. Travel with Confidence You'll depart with a comprehensive itinerary and the peace of mind that local experts are available if you need anything during your trip.

Investment
No planning fees. My compensation comes from commissions paid by hotels and local partners.
Exceptions: Planning fees may apply for large groups, rush requests, or exceptionally complex trips. Any fees will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
Trip Budget: Full-Service Planning is a premium service and typically requires a budget of approximately $450 to $750+ per person per day, depending on destination. This covers high-quality hotels, tours, experiences, and ground transportation, all comprehensively coordinated and fully supported by my local partners.
Planning Timeline: The earlier you start planning, the better! I ask for at least 8 weeks advance notice for Full-Service Planning. If you need help with a trip departing sooner, rush fees may apply.
