Planning Fee: $50 per day of travel for groups up to 10 travelers. Custom pricing for groups of 11 or more.
Trip Budget: Full-Service Planning is a premium service and requires a minimum trip budget of approximately $450 to $700 per person per day, depending on destination. This covers high-quality hotels, tours, experiences, and ground transportation, all comprehensively coordinated.
Higher budgets enable more even more luxurious accommodations and experiences, including private yacht charters, after-hours museum visits, VIP access to sold-out performances, and other exclusive opportunities only available through local partners.
