Travelers’ needs are different, so I offer two tiers of planning services. Some clients love having every detail handled, while others prefer to manage some logistics themselves. Both tiers offer recommendations based on my knowledge and expertise. You skip the headache of sorting through reviews and receive advice you can trust.
Essential
Expert recommendations and booking support
I book your hotels, cruises, or multi-day tours and provide recommendations for day tours and activities. Perfect for cruises, escorted tours, resort stays, or independent trips where you want expert booking support and guidance.
What's included:
Personalized hotel, cruise, or tour recommendations and booking
Day tour and activity suggestions for independent trips
A digital itinerary including elements of the trip I booked, as well as anything you self-book and share with me to include
Booking minimums: $300/night for hotels; $1000 per person for cruises or multi-day tours
Planning fee: No planning fee for most trips. Fees may apply for complex multi-destination trips, groups of 7 or more, or rush requests.
Planning timeline: At least 6 weeks advance notice requested; a rush fee may apply for closer-in trips.
Full-Service
Seamless travel, expertly orchestrated
Complete coordination from start to finish. I work with specialist partners in the destination to design your fully custom itinerary, with on-ground support throughout your trip. A premium service for anyone who wants extra support before and during the trip.
What's included:
Custom itinerary design with multiple refinements
All bookings coordinated (hotels, tours, transportation, dining)
Local specialists managing details and providing support during your trip
Trip budget: $450-$750+ per person per day, varies by destination
